Biografie

Sarah Hall, 1974 in Cumbria geboren, studierte Literatur an der schottischen Universität St. Andrews. Sie hat Romane und Storys veröffentlicht, die mit bedeutenden Preisen und Stipendien ausgezeichnet und von der Kritik bejubelt wurden. Feministische Themen und intensive Naturbeschreibungen verbinden sich in ihrem Werk, das in zwölf Sprachen übersetzt ist, auf überraschende, ungewohnte Weise. Zuletzt erschien 2016 ihr Roman »Bei den Wölfen«. Sarah Hall lebt mit ihrer Familie in Norfolk.
