Biography
Dr. Patricia Owens is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Politics, Queen Mary, University of London. Before taking up that post in 2007 she was Departmental Lecturer in Strategic Studies in the Department of Politics and International Relations and Seton-Watson Research Fellow in International Relations at Oriel College, University of Oxford.
