Biography
Leonard Cohen, geboren 1934 in Montreal, als Sohn jüdischer Eltern, ist Sänger und Musiker - und vor allem ein großer Poet. Er begann seine künstlerische Laufbahn 1956 mit dem Gedichtband "Let Us Compare Mythologies" und veröffentlichte zahlreiche Bücher, darunter zwei Romane, und 17 Schallplatten.
