Jilliane Hoffman war stellvertretende Staatsanwältin in Florida und beriet im Auftrag des Bundesstaates die Spezialeinheiten der Polizei - von Drogenfahndern bis zur Abteilung für organisiertes Verbrechen - in allen juristischen belangen. Heute lebt sie mit Mann und Kindern in Fort Lauderdale.
