Biography (Ivan Gantschev)

Ivan Gantschev, geb. 1925 in Bulgarien, studierte an der Kunstakademie in Sofia. Seit 1967 lebt er in Deutschland. Sein großes Können hat ihm internationalen Ruhm und Anerkennung gebracht. 1985 wurde er mit einer Goldplakette anlässlich der Biennale für Illustration in Bratislava (BIB) ausgezeichnet.
