**Grow in your intimacy with God and lead others into His presence.**Healthy worship leadership starts long before you step onto a stage. It starts in the hidden place of your personal time with Jesus. It starts with the heart. Worship is more than singing lyrics; it's a lifestyle of surrender. Enter into a thirty-day discipleship journey of spiritual formation and practical insight, where you'll discover how to lead worship from the overflow of your relationship with Jesus. Be equipped by three spiritual mamas with over thirty years of worship leading experience, who are cheering you on and who believe in the calling God has placed on your generation. We share lessons we wish we would've known when we first started as worship leaders, and truths that have changed us forever. We have honest conversations about identity, comparison, planning for the unscripted, healing from wounds, caring for your team, practicing healthy conflict resolution, and much more. Beyond creating "great worship leaders," we want to help develop God-honoring ones who are grounded in the truth and walk in the power of His Spirit. Leaders who know they are loved by God and who aren't constantly trying to prove themselves. Leaders who know how to minister from God's presence, not pressure or performance. We pray you are not only prepared to lead worship, but encouraged to go forth with expectation of what God can do.
