Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France. A farming village situated by the banks of the river Scie in the Pays de Caux, some 20 miles (32 km) south of Dieppe at the junction of the D57, D3 and the D929 roads. SNCF railways have a TER station here, connecting with Rouen. Seine-Maritime is a French department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France, which was previously known as Seine-Inférieure. It is situated on the northern coast of France, at the mouth of the Seine, and includes the cities of Rouen and Le Havre. Until 1955 it was named Seine-Inférieure.
