»The Age Of Nero« ist das siebte Studioalbum der Black-Metal-Band Satyricon und wurde ursprünglich im November 2008 über Roadrunner Records veröffentlicht.
Der größte Teil des Albums wurde in einer Waldhütte geschrieben, unter Mitwirkung von Snorre Ruch (Thorns). Es wurde zum Teil in den Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, Kalifornien, aufgenommen. In diesem Studio hatten auch schon Bands wie Metallica und Nirvana aufgenommen.
Das Album enthält die Single »Black Crow On A Tombstone« und »My Skin Is Cold« (auch als 5-Track-EP vor der Albumveröffentlichung veröffentlicht).
