Die Blu-Ray wurde als High-Definition-Nachfolger der DVD entwickelt und bietet ihrem Vorläufer gegenüber eine erheblich gesteigerte Datenrate und Speicherkapazität. Auf Blu-Rays können daher Filme mit deutlich besserer Auflösung gespeichert werden und bieten auf entsprechenden Bildschirmen eine enorm hohe Bildqualität. Blu-Ray-Player sind in der Regel abwärtskompatibel zu DVDs, so dass auch diese abgespielt werden können.

Il Divo haben sich seit ihrem 2005er Debütalbum, mit dem sie damals auch in Deutschland über Nacht (in der 2005er Sommerausgabe von "Wetten, Dass ..?") bekannt wurden, einen Namen als das weltweit führende Vokal-Crossoverquartett gemacht. Drei weitere Studioalben sowie ein Weihnachtsalbum folgten dem Debütalbum, jetzt erscheint ihr erster Live-Mitschnitt in einer DVD-CD-Ausgabe: das Anfang 2009 in der berühmten Palau Sant Jordi Arena in Barcelona mitgeschnittene Konzert hat auf der DVD das folgende Tracklisting:
