1999 erschien auf dem Basic-Channel-Sublabel Chain Reaction das Album "Vibrant Forms". Seinem Macher, Konstantinos Soublis alias Fluxion, war damit ein Meilenstein auf dem Gebiet des Dub-Techno gelungen.
Seit seiner Erstveröffentlichung war das Album nicht mehr erhältlich, was seiner Aktualität jedoch keinen Abbruch tut: Die von Matt Colton remasterte Produktion klingt frisch wie am ersten Tag.
