Rund zwei Jahre nachdem The Strypes mit ihrem Debüt-Album "Snapshot" im Jahr 2013 von sich Reden machten, meldet sich die Rock-Band aus Irland mit ihrer zweiten Platte "Little Victories" zurück. Ross Farrelly, Josh McClorey, Peter O'Hanlon und Evan Walsh, die schon seit ihrer frühen Jugend gemeinsam Musik machen, präsentieren auf ihrem hierauf einen frischen Sound, der sich weniger an den Beatles, The Yardbirds oder Rolling Stones orientiert und stärker in Richtung Arctic Monkeys und Oasis geht.
