Mit acht neuen Tracks, darunter eine wundervolle Interpretation von David Bowies "Heroes" sowie einige ihrer beliebtesten Songs, wie 'I Vow to Thee My Country', 'Jerusalem' and 'You'll Never Walk Alone' ist ein einzigartiges Album entstanden.
Der Haupttrack "This Mother's Heart" wurde von dem berühmten irischen Songwriter Brendan Graham komponiert, der auch schon für den einstigen Hit "You Raise Me Up" verantwortlich war.
