In 1997 six by seven released their first single 'European Me' which the NME described as "one of the greatest debut single of all time". A great start indeed and the following single, another 7 minute dark and atmospheric grind, called 88-92-96, and became the NME single of the week. Things were going well for the band that's live shows were quickly selling out, but things were not going to stay like that forever. Somebody oncesaid that life is about timing.
