The Seattle based, post-hardcore band's 3rd album recorded in 2002, released in 2003. This was the band's V2 major label debut, and is considered the band's finest release to date. The Blood Brother's sound was defined mostly by guitar player, Cody Votolato (brother of Rocky Votolato, Cody is also the guitarist for Merge Records band Telekinesis) known for his distinct, distorted guitar sound along with the dueling vocals of Jordan Billie and Johnny Whitney. "Ambulance vs. Ambulance" was the band's first single from this album. Pressed on limited grey / black / red vinyl.
