Auch die Sommer-Erzählung handelt von einer bzw. drei Urlaubsromanzen: Der schüchterne Mathematikstudent Gaspard verbringt seinen Urlaub in der Bretagne und wartet eigentlich auf seine Freundin Lena. Doch dann begegnen ihm zwei andere Frauen, die ihn ebenso faszinieren. Für Gaspard wird es zunehmend schwer, sich wirklich auf eine der drei einzulassen.
