Ferran Adrià gehört das Restaurant "El Bulli" an der spanischen Costa Brava - laut dem englischen Fachblatt "Restaurant Magazine" das "beste Restaurant der Welt".§Nach Engagements in verschiedenen Restaurants in Spanien kochte er zunächst so, wie er es in seiner Ausbildung gelernt hatte.
