Elmo McElroy hat eine ganz fabelhafte Droge designt: die einzelnen Bestandteile legal, aber im Mix durchschlagender als alle erhältlichen Rauschmittel zusammen. Kein Wunder, dass Unterwelt-Boss The Lizard ganz heiß auf die Rezeptur der Substanz und wenig amüsiert ist, als Elmo ihn stattdessen mit einem Feuerwerk ins Jenseits schicken will, bevor er sich ins Flugzeug nach Europa setzt. The Lizard jagt ihm die Profikillerin Dakota auf den Hals, während Elmo zusammen mit Dakotas Ex Felix unfreiwillig Liverpool aufmischt. Und Liverpool hat einiges zu bieten an Lokalkolorit, Drogenkartellen, korrupter Polizei, Skins, Esoterik und natürlich Fußball...
