In den 50er Jahren hat C. S. Lewis die wundervolle Welt rund um Narnia erschaffen und damit weltweit unzählige Kinder und Erwachsene mit den Abenteuern der Pevensie-Geschwister begeistert. Starregisseur Andrew Adamson (Shrek 1- 3) hat die CHRONIKEN VON NARNIA 2005 auf bezaubernde Weise verfilmt und nun, 3 Jahre später, finden die Abenteuer des Märchens im 2. Teil der Saga ihre Fortsetzung. Bei uns waren es 3 Jahre, aber in Narnia sind bereits über 1.000 Jahre seit dem 1. Besuch vergangen. Ein neues Abenteuer wartet auf die Pevensie-Geschwister und, neu, Shootoingstar Ben Barnes alias Prinz Kaspian im magischen Land Narnia.

Für die perfekte musikalische Untermalung des Fantasy-Spektakels sorgt auch im 2. Teil Star-Komponist Harry Gregson-Williams ("Shrek 1-3", "Spy Game", "Königreich der Himmel" etc.); u. a. für den Golden Globe nominiert, komponierte er für den Soundtrack nicht nur den Score, sondern auch exklusive Songs, die von Künstlern wie Regina Spektor, Oren Lavie, Hanne Hukkelberg und den US-Superstars Switchfoot im Film gesungen werden.
