Auf ihrer dritten CD für Delphian erwecken Ludus Baroque und fünf hervorragende Solisten Händels selten zu hörendes letztes Oratorium »The Triumph of Time and Truth« zu neuem Leben. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Neufassung des 50 Jahre früher in Italien entstandenen Werkes »Il trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno« auf einen Text von Händels damaligem Förderer Kardinal Pamphilj. Die lange Zeit zugunsten früherer Versionen vernachlässigte Fassung erweist sich mit dem sorgfältig von Richard Neville-Towle zusammengestellten Ensemble als ein außergewöhnlich reichhaltiges Musikfest.
