Pastorale Texte mit mythologischen Figuren waren im 18. Jahrhundert sehr verbreitet. Auch die hier eingespielten Solo-Kantaten von Thomas A. Arne handeln von den mythologischen Figuren Ariadne und Bacchus, Anacreon und Delia. Sie wurden alle das erste Mal in den Gartenkonzerten von Vauxhall aufgeführt, die eine sommerliche Attraktion in London darstellten. Maria Zadori arbeitet seit der Gründung des Orchesters regelmäßig mit der Capella Savaria zusammen und spielte mit diesem Ensemble bereits eine Vielzahl von CDs ein. Ihr zur Seite steht der junge amerikanische Tenor Timothy Bentch, der als Solist an der ungarischen Staatsoper und der Budapester Kammeroper wirkt.
